Educational Use, Safety & Privacy Disclaimer
All Nursing Study Hub tools are for educational and examination-preparation purposes only. They are not medical advice, are not approved clinical decision-support systems, and must not be used as the sole basis for caring for patients.
Medication and procedure safety
The medication catalog, drug-interaction checker and route/administration guides are partial teaching references, not complete or continuously verified medication databases. They may omit clinically significant adverse effects, contraindications, routes, dosage adjustments, special populations, IV compatibility information, or interactions. The absence of a warning DOES NOT mean a combination is safe. All displayed doses are educational examples, not patient-specific orders. Always verify medications, doses, preparation, infusion compatibility, needle/device selection, administration practices, and institutional policies using current authoritative sources, and consult licensed clinicians and pharmacists as appropriate.
Clinical judgment simulations
Generated patients, rhythm strips, blood gases, nursing interventions, NCLEX-style questions and explanations are simulated and simplified. They may not represent every exception, evolving standard, or complex patient presentation. Neither study scores nor simulator outcomes assess professional competence or replace faculty instruction, supervised clinical training, clinical guidelines, or licensed judgment.
Reports and documentation
The SBAR and handoff builder may misinterpret pasted documentation or leave information out. Verify every generated report against its source before educational use. Do not use it for actual care coordination without an authorized, institutionally approved workflow and thorough review.
Privacy
Never input identifiable patient information, protected health information (PHI), patient photographs or confidential records. Use fictitious or fully de-identified simulation information only. Some browser tools can retain information locally through browser storage; do not assume local storage is appropriate for confidential information. A public website does not constitute an approved HIPAA-compliant clinical system.
Updates and limitations
Medical evidence, licensure guidance, manufacturer labeling and facility protocols change. No guarantee of completeness, accuracy, currency, or fitness for clinical use is provided. For a real emergency or patient care decision, follow your institution’s current protocols and contact appropriate licensed professionals and emergency resources.
